When you book a session or use our design builder, we may collect: • Name (yours and your partner's) • Email address • Phone number • Session date and time preferences • Design preferences submitted through the design builder • Payment reference numbers (we do not store card details — payments are processed by HitPay) • Website usage data collected automatically via Microsoft Clarity (session recordings, heatmaps) and analytics tools

We use your personal data to: • Process and confirm your booking • Send booking confirmation and reminder emails • Contact you about your session (e.g. schedule changes, preparation tips) • Improve our website and user experience using anonymised analytics • Respond to enquiries you send us
4. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: • HitPay — to process your payment securely • Our email service provider (Gmail/Google) — to send you booking confirmations • Microsoft Clarity — for anonymised session recording and heatmap analytics • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if you arrived via a Meta ad, we may use anonymised conversion data to improve ad targeting All third-party providers are required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses: • Microsoft Clarity — records anonymised session replays and heatmaps to help us understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable information is captured. • Meta Pixel (if applicable) — tracks anonymised conversion events (e.g. page views, booking completions) to help us measure and improve our advertising. You can opt out of tracking by using your browser's privacy settings or installing an ad blocker.
6. Data Retention
We retain your booking data for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes. Design builder submissions are retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Our website uses HTTPS encryption and our database is hosted on a secured cloud platform.
8. Your Rights Under the PDPA
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate personal data • Withdraw consent for us to use your data (note: this may affect our ability to fulfil your booking) • Request deletion of your personal data To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request".
